Snakkes status

If Snakkes isn't working for you

If everything above is green but Snakkes still won't connect, the problem is probably closer to you. Try these:

• Check your internet. Open another website. Snakkes needs to reach snakkes.app.
• Click Retry at the bottom of the sign-in screen, or wait a moment: Snakkes tries again by itself.
• On a work or school network? Some block chat apps, or calls between computers. Try another network if you can.
• Calls that don't connect while chats work are usually the network between you and your friend, not our server. Calls go straight between your computers.
• Make sure Snakkes is up to date. It updates itself, but an old version may not work with our server any more.

Still stuck? Ask for help and tell us what you see, and we'll look into it.
